Closed Loop Reporting, Verifiable ROI and Win / Loss Analysis
Knowing the status of every lead, where it is in the sales pipeline, value, probability to close, estimated close date and verifying return on investment is critical to investing in partner marketing. It is also the most difficult part of managing partners.

While having strong systems and processes in place is essential to making this happen, having the human resources to chase people is also required. Sales people are focused on closing deals, and administration is a low priority. TSL understand this, and we provide resources to ensure that closed loop reporting is accurately implemented so that everyone can view and verify the return on investment.

During the marketing workshop we agree with the partenr sales team their reporting responsibilities, and we hold them to that. We contact them on a bi-weekly basis for updates and report back to all on progress, or lack of co-operation.
