The TSL "Shared Risk" Model

Working with many of the world's leading ICT channel teams since 1999, we understand the need for Vendors to see the agency contribute some "skin in the game". TSL has developed a model that shares some of the risk and investment with our clients. We provide this through:

  • Partner Recruitment and Engagement - You don't have time to contact all of your partners, sell them on co-marketing campaigns, and get them up and running. So we will - for free. We will only generate revenue for our company when we sign up your partners and commence work on their projects. If we fail, we earn nothing and have to digest the cost.
  • Service Level Agreements - In Q1 of a project we establish the lead generation benchmarks, and from Q2 we hold ourselves to these. If we miss target, we drop our prices accordingly.
